1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or using any service offered by Tai Photography Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Bookings & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of the session.
- Booking dates are only secured upon receipt of the deposit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit.
4. Delivery of Work
Final edited photos are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Video projects and graphic design timelines vary by scope and will be communicated upfront.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs, videos, and designs remain the intellectual property of Tai Photography Studios. Clients receive a personal-use license. Commercial use requires written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and timely communication.
- Ensure access to the venue and necessary permissions.
- Treat our team with respect during the session.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver excellent service, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. equipment failure, weather, or third-party disruptions). In such cases, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
